Sierra Nevada Mosaic Little Thing
Some hops are one-note. Then there’s the third beer in Sierra’s Hazy Rotator Series, Mosaic, a kaleidoscope of flavor. Mosaic hops shine with juicy fruit notes of tangerine, lime, peach, passion fruit, and blueberry. How can one hazy IPA have such a spectrum of flavor? It must be Mosaic Little Thing. Mosaic Little Thing will replace Mango Little Thing.
