Spotlighting the Origlio interns making moves this summer in honor of National Intern Day.
This summer, Origlio Beverage welcomed a talented group of interns across the Sales, Graphics, Operations, Customer Service, and HR departments.
As we celebrate National Intern Day (July 31st), we’re highlighting the individuals who have brought fresh energy, curiosity, and dedication to our teams.
Whether they’ve been building displays or designing content, each intern is leaving their mark, and we’re proud to be a part of their professional journey. Scroll through to meet the faces of our Summer 2025 Intern Program and read their reflections on their time at Origlio so far!
“My favorite thing about interning at Origlio is how welcoming and fun everyone is.”“My favorite thing about interning at Origlio is that I’ve been presented with a lot of opportunities to explore different departments and meet new people.
For the last two summers, I worked in the Graphics Department, and it was cool to see and be a part of the making of the signs. This summer, I have been interning with the HR Department. They have also given me the opportunity to work with the physical therapist, since that’s what I am in school to become.
Another thing I enjoy about interning is I get to spend more time with my dad, John Capanna, beyond just being at home. My dad works in the Operations Department, so I also get to see a lot of what he does.
Origlio has given me the opportunity to see four departments, and it’s helped me better understand how each one plays an important role in keeping the company running smoothly.”Chris (left) “My favorite thing about interning at Origlio is getting to know the Origlio products, customers’ preferences, and developing personal relationships with them.”
Patrick (right) “The most valuable thing I’ve learned during my internship so far is how important communication is with your customers and co-workers, making sure that you are well suited for the work you’re ready to do.”“The most valuable thing I learned while working at Origlio Beverage is task management. Completing portions of a task throughout the day or week makes the greater task easier and shows how much can be accomplished by taking it one step at a time.”“My favorite thing about interning at Origlio is meeting new people every day. Everyone who works here is great to talk to. With so many different positions, it’s been nice to learn about each one through conversation. It’s been a great learning experience here.”“One of the highlights of my internship so far has been working alongside and learning from such supportive mentors. I’ve learned how important attention to detail and collaboration are in this job. Being hands-on and face-to-face with grocery buyers each day has really boosted my confidence and knowledge in sales and marketing.”“My favorite thing about interning at Origlio is the team I work with. Everybody is super helpful and willing to help someone who is new to the industry (like me)!”“The most valuable thing I’ve learned so far working as an intern at Origlio is exploring different techniques to create new methods for managing the materials needed to make the signs.”“My favorite part about interning at Origlio is having the opportunity to work with different people every day. It has been a pleasure to meet so many different personalities in the Philadelphia area.”(Left Joey) “For me, the most valuable thing I’ve learned or can take away from my internship would be learning how to act and socialize in a professional business setting.”
(Right Jake) “My favorite days are the sales meetings every other Friday. On those days, I learn about the sales aspect of the company and get to hang out with the city team members afterward.”“My advice for future interns would be to not be afraid to ask questions – it helps you get the most out of your internship at Origlio. Everyone here is willing to help!”“My advice to future interns would be to make connections with people in different departments. Even just a quick conversation can teach you something new or open a door later. Always show up with a good attitude, be reliable, and take initiative. It’ll go a long way. Lastly, you’re there to learn, so make sure you take full advantage of that, ask questions, and try to soak up as much as you can.”“The advice I would give to future interns is not to be nervous or put too much pressure on yourself because everyone is extremely nice and helpful. They want to help you succeed and learn.”
We’re excited to see where your careers take you next, and we hope your time at Origlio was as memorable and meaningful for you as it was for us.
Happy National Intern Day from all of us at Origlio Beverage!
