Guinness & Bailey’s Cake Pop Recipe

Ingredients

1 ¼ cups Guinness Draught Stout

1 box white cake mix

3 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup buttercream frosting

24 cake pop sticks

1/3 cup Bailey’s Original

Irish Cream Liqueur

12 oz. white chocolate melting chips

Chocolate drizzle and sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

Prepare cake mix according to box instructions but substitute Guinness for water. Bake cake and let cool. Crumble cake and add into stand mixer with the frosting. Mix with paddle attachment. (Should resemble wet sand.) Using a scoop, portion cake and roll into balls. Place cake pop sticks in the ball centers. Chill in freezer for 30 minutes. Combine Bailey’s Original and white chocolate chips in a microwaveable dish. Microwave on half power for 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between. Repeat until chocolate is a thin consistency. Dip cake pops in the chocolate coating and top with chocolate drizzle & sprinkles. Let cake pops harden before serving. Enjoy!
