Dawn symbolizes a new beginning and new opportunities. To create Hazy Dawn, Cape May used Golden Promise malt for a full mouthfeel, while Motueka and Simcoe’s hops blended together for a collection of tropical fruit flavors with a subtle hint of pine. Together, these elements present a perfectly hazy brew with an exciting zest of flavor.

Stone Delicious IPA lives up to its name, but Stone Delicious Citrus IPA isn’t a “just add citrus” approach. As of its silver medal win at the Great American Beer Festival in 2024, Allagash Tripel is the most-awarded beer of its style. This strong golden ale carries herbal notes and passion fruit in the aroma. Suggestions of honey and biscuit are found in the beer’s complex, varied palate. Brewed with Allagash’s 2-row barley blend, hopped with Nugget and Hallertau, then fermented on the house yeast, Tripel lingers on the palate for a complex, dry finish.

Great Lakes Dortmunder Gold Lager
This smooth lager strikes a delicate balance between sweet malt and dry hop flavors. During the mid-19th century, seven breweries within the city of Dortmund, Germany, began brewing beers in the same manner, resulting in what has come to be known as the “Dortmunder” style.
