This legendary well-rounded, highly drinkable IPA is brewed with a bit of caramel malt barley that provides the richness that mellows out the twang of the hops. Try this ruthlessly delicious brew with mild blue cheese or Hamachi Kama. Be on the lookout for new graphics for IPA and A Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ coming this fall! ABV: 6.2%
Brewed using a boatload of intense Northwest hops, Dogfish Head boils this continually hopped IPA for a full 60 minutes, continuously adding more than 60 hop additions to create a bold and timeless flavor. 60 Minute has a spicy, citrusy, grassy hop flavor without being crushingly bitter. It’s a surprisingly sessionable IPA for the craft enthusiast. ABV: 6%

Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA
Taste explosive hops with Torpedo’s powerful notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and pine. Sierra’s custom dry-hopping device, the Hop Torpedo, cranks aroma and flavor to full blast. ABV: 7.2%
Simcoe and Mosaic are the dominant hops in this hazy IPA that together create a nice citrus/piney flavor profile. The thing with pitching hops during the whirlpool (the last part of the actual brew day) and dry-hopping (the latter half of the cellaring period) is that the flavors from the hops come through a lot more, but yield little bitterness. This is a highly crushable IPA. ABV: 6%
