Cape May Brewing Co. is 15 years old and still chasing the juiciest hops in the room. To celebrate, they went big – really big – with a double IPA that pulls out all the stops. They loaded it up with Dolcita hops, the new kid everyone’s talking about, bringing waves of peach, tropical fruit, and citrus-candy vibes, then balanced it with smooth, zesty Motueka. A thiolized kveik yeast cranks the juiciness and aroma to 11. Fifteen years in and they’re still experimenting, still innovating, and still having a blast. Cheers to 15 years of beers crafted on the Cape!
