Craft IPA
Part of 2SP’s Domain Series, Midsommar IPA features the artwork of Jules Breton. The Feast of St. John painting can be seen at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, which celebrates the summer solstice (or, as Nordic cultures call it, Midsommar). The beer is a creamy, orange-hued hazy IPA brewed with heavy doses of oats. Notes of passion fruit, peach, tangerine, and mild grapefruit accompany pleasant bitterness.
Pairs great with: Grilled Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa, Peach Glazed Pork Chops
