Zach Donmoyer joined the Origlio team in 2022 as an On-Premise Sales Rep before accepting his current position as a Space & Shelf Set Manager for both Origlio Philadelphia and Reading. In his role, Zach collaborates with District Managers and Sales Reps to organize and reset coolers for accounts that request them. “I love seeing the satisfaction on account owners’ and managers’ faces when a reset is complete and everything looks clean, organized, and flows well,” Zach says. On the flip side, it’s tough for him to accept that not every set can be flawless – something his inner perfectionist struggles with. To excel in this role, Zach says it’s necessary to be skilled in time management, communication, and organization.
Your advice for new Space & Shelf Set Managers is… Take thorough notes during account visits – these details are essential for effective follow-ups with District Managers and Sales Reps, especially when managing resets across a nine-county footprint.
What motivates you most in life? My nieces and nephews. I strive to be a great role model and support system for them.
Your favorite local restaurant or bar is… I’m a big sports fan so I would say Hops at the Paddock. It’s a great place to catch the games.
If you could instantly master any skill… I’d love to be able to hit a golf ball straight every time.
What does your ideal weekend look like? Definitely a weekend away somewhere.
The most adventurous thing you’ve ever done is… Cliff jumping.
Your go-to karaoke song/s… An off-tune version of either “Meet Virginia” by Train or Billy Joel’s “Piano Man.”
If you could be anywhere, drinking any alcoholic beverage… I’d be on a beach somewhere with my feet in the sand and a cold Modelo in hand.
