Rashad Saddler started his career as an Origlio Delivery Service Representative seven years ago. He doesn’t have a designated territory, rather he services accounts across Origlio-Philadelphia’s five county market. Saddler believes that good customer service means being as helpful as possible – something his customers greatly appreciate. Although traffic and bad weather sometimes get in the way of smooth deliveries, making Saddler’s job a bit challenging, he enjoys having his own truck, which gives him a sense of freedom. Saddler also enjoys interacting with his co-workers, who he says are “pretty cool.” The advice Saddler would give to a new DSR? “Be patient, show up for work on time and definitely become familiar with Origlio’s portfolio.”
Do you have any favorite holiday activities? I don’t necessarily have any favorite activities, I just enjoy spending time with family.

If you had your own talk show, who would your first three guests be? Jay-Z, Michael Jordan and Shannon Sharpe.
What are three things on your bucket list? I would love to play in a band again (I used to play the drums), go to Colombia and own a Harley.
If you could be anywhere, drinking any alcoholic beverage… I would be in the Bahamas with a Blue Moon in hand.
