Mike Speak

Point of Sale Manager

For the past two years, Mike Speak has grown with Origlio from Point of Sale Assistant to Manager, where he oversees inventory and distribution of all POS materials, product samples, and event support items, working closely with Sales & Marketing to keep things running smoothly. He enjoys the fast-paced nature of the job, the constant flow of new brand ideas, and knowing his work helps drive sales. With countless deliveries and promotions happening each week, being organized and communicating effectively are essential. Mike believes that planning ahead, staying adaptable, and maintaining strong communication are what make a top-notch POS Manager.

What advice would you give someone new to your position? Stay organized, communicate well, and never be afraid to ask questions.

What motivates you in life? I’ve always been self-motivated, but these days my wife and kids are my biggest inspiration. Watching them crush it in life keeps me going.

Your favorite local restaurant or bar is… The Iron Oven in Southampton or the Irish Horne in Richboro.

What does your ideal weekend look like? Family time, good food, music, and a backyard fire pit. Bonus points for a great concert and some tailgating.

If you could master any skill, what would it be? Playing acoustic guitar. I’d love to be the guy playing by the fire pit someday.

The most adventurous things you’ve ever done are… Probably rappelling and rock climbing but surviving the bungee swing at the Jersey Shore deserves an honorable mention.

What’s your go-to karaoke song? I’m not really a karaoke guy, but when I get “volunteered,” anything by Zac Brown or Jason Aldean usually works.

If you could be anywhere, enjoying any alcoholic beverage… I’d be on a cruise in the Caribbean with a Coors Light or Corona in hand.
