Michael Peglow began his career at Origlio as a Delivery Helper before taking an essential role as part of our Maintenance team. While he enjoys the challenges of keeping Origlio’s machinery, equipment and facilities up and running, the unpredictability of the job can be tough for those new to the position. “My advice to anyone starting out in maintenance would be to take your time and be patient, there’s a lot to learn,” laughs Peglow.
How long have you been with Origlio? Just about 11 years.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received? Work your hardest, do the best you can and take it one day at a time.
