This past July marked Kelly Davis’ 12th year at Origlio. She spent eight years as an On-Premise Sales Rep covering Delaware and Chester Counties, as well as Center City. Now a Brand Manager, she serves as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams, working with purchasing, operations, and sales to manage inventory, product freshness, and distribution. Kelly enjoys cross-functional collaboration and being part of a sharp, supportive Brand Management team. Her biggest challenge is time management, as the fast-paced role requires flexibility and organization. Her advice to new Brand Managers – or anyone – is to own your mistakes; admitting fault and offering solutions earns trust, builds credibility, and strengthens relationships.
What motivates you most in life? My family. My husband and our seven-yearold twin boys mean everything to me, and I work hard so I can provide them with all the best things life has to offer.
Your favorite local restaurants and/ or bars are… Hilltown Tavern, Manayunk Brew Pub, and The Rook are all part of our regular rotation.
If you could master any skill… I’d love to be able to sew. My Mom was an amazing seamstress; she even made my wedding dress!
What does your ideal weekend look like? Pizza and beer night at home with my family on Friday night, a Phillies game on Saturday with my husband and our boys, and Sunday Funday brunch with my girlfriends!
The most adventurous thing/s you’ve ever done… I went bungee jumping at Nevis in Queenstown, New Zealand and skydiving over the Great Barrier Reef in Australia.
Your go-to karaoke song is… I’m shy when it comes to karaoke, but if I was forced to, I’d sing Kelly Clarkson’s “Since U Been Gone”.
If you could be anywhere, drinking any alcoholic beverage… I’d be at a pub in the city on a snow day when everyone is off work, drinking a pint of Guinness.
