How long have you been with the company? 28 years.
What other positions have you held in the company? When I started, I was calling on both on and off-premise accounts. I had every route in Lehigh Valley except Easton, and also covered Carbon County for 4 years.
What has been the best thing about your job? Being in the trade every day and talking to my customers, and people in general. There’s always something different going on.
What does your current job entail? I am currently an on-premise sales rep, selling to 106 accounts consisting of: restaurants, clubs, corner bars and chains.
What does it take to be a top-notch salesman? Getting out and seeing your customers, understanding their needs and coming up with solutions. You also need to be consistent and reliable.
What do you like to do when you’re not working? I spend a lot of time working around the house, tinkering with different projects.
If you could be anywhere, drinking any beer, where would you be and what beer would you have in your hand? Probably Ocean City, Maryland, drinking a White Claw or ice-cold Coors Light.
