Blanche de Chambly is an authentic bottle conditioned white ale and twice winner of the title of “World’s Best Belgian Style Witbier”. It is the very first white ale crafted and brewed in North America according to Belgian brewing traditions and as such, it is named after the city in which it is brewed. It is brewed from a blend of pale barley malt, wheat malt and unmalted wheat, to which selected spices and hops are blended.
