Weyerbacher Brewing Co.
Weyerbacher Brewing Co. in Easton, PA was founded in 1995 by Dan Weirback. An avid connoisseur of fine beer, Dan saw the need for a quality brewery in the region. Weyerbacher has brewed numerous cutting edge beers over the years, and was the first brewery in the nation to bottle a Belgian-style Quadruppel. Experimenting with different ingredients and brewing techniques, Weyerbacher continues to create and has earned many awards over the last 12 years. Once you taste one of their brews, you’ll know why!
Weyerbacher Hops InfusionABV: 6.2% |
Loaded with piney, citrusy notes, much hops complexity, and a strong foundation of malt underneath it all, Hops Infusion glows with a deep amber color and is brewed with seven types of hops. Simcoe, Magnum, Cascade, Liberty, Saaz, Fuggles and E. Kent Goldings giving this beer the complexity that's so interesting. The intention on Hops Infusion was to create a complexity of hops flavor and aromas, not found in any other beer. This beer was first brewed in 1998 and was one of the region's first truly hoppy beers. It was totally reformulated in 2005 and is now a sharper, crisper beer. A hop infused, spicy, bitter, satisfying, thirst quenching elixir for the most ardent hop-head. This India Pale Ale is hoppy, strong and complex. |
Weyerbacher Merry Monk's AleABV: 9.3% |

Weyerbacher Imperial Pumpkin AleABV: 8% |

Big and bold, this pumpkin ale is heartier, spicier, and more "caramelly" and "pumpkiny" than its faint brethren! A perfect finisher on a cool autumn night, or match it up with a slice of pumpkin pie and fresh whipped cream. If you don't agree this is the mother of all pumpkin ales, then you just don't like mothers! Available in the fall. |
Weyerbacher BlancheABV: 4.8% |
A Belgian-style wit beer, this unfiltered wheat ale is slightly cloudy due to the use of raw wheat in the brew kettle. In the nose you'll notice spiciness from the coriander seeds and dried curacao orange peel added during the boil. In the mouth you'll find a mild and refreshing ale with a hint of dryness from the wheat ingredients. A clean finish follows with just a hint of tart spiciness. Available in summer. |
Weyerbacher Double Simcoe IPAABV: 9% |

Weyerbacher BlasphemyABV: 11.8% |
You can usually take the proud announcement that something was done by popular demand with a grain of salt, but it's true in this case. The story's right on the label. Blasphemy is Weyerbacher's Quad, aged in bourbon barrels, but not overaged, so they've picked up gentle vanilla oaky notes which complement rather than supersede the complex qualities that already make Quad such an incredible beer. Take an already complex beer and add even more nuance and flavor and you get this fine, after dinner, sipping brew. |
Weyerbacher InsanityABV: 11% |
