Twin Lakes Greenville Pale AleABV: 5.5% |
This ale’s name represents both the brewery’s local roots in Greenville, Delaware and their commitment to green technology for the future. Greenville Pale Ale is a traditional American style Pale Ale, rooted in the Pacific Northwest brewing heritage. The light colored medium bodied ale uses whole flower cascade hops with an all natural two-row barley malt. This produces a light Pale Ale that explodes with rich full flavor. This refreshing ale has an immediate floral-citrus taste that comes from using the cascade hops. It's been described as light, musty, and fresh with pale barley malt flavor, a balanced sweetness and a hint of smoke; a citrus orange appeal with a subdued fruitiness and an ale yeast finish. This ale's caramel flavored body and light carbonation combine for extreme drinkability and a great pairing for fresh fish.

Twin Lakes Winterthur WheatABV: 6% |
People familiar with Delaware’s Brandywine Valley Scenic Byways will also be familiar with the name Winterthur. Inspired by Winterthur's rolling fields, Twin Lakes wheat beer is named after this American country estate. In addition to its architectural beauty, Winterthur also features the art of such noted local painters as George "Frolic" Weymouth, who's painting "Wheat" is on our label. The sparkling, spicy, and sharp flavor of Spring Wheat is deliciously balanced by its soft foamy head and downplayed yeastiness. It opens like many Twin Lakes beers with a bright citrus taste and a full dry flavor. This thirst quenching ale is smartly hopped and crisp with hints of clove and coriander spice. The carbonation is fizzy and sharp, leaving a fine Brussels lace down your glass as you drink. |
