A traditional Bavarian style Dark Lager, made with Munich, Pils and German Roast malts and a variety of Bavarian hops. This became the third Sly Fox beer to be canned. Mister Smooth. Sly Fox succeeds with this Munich favorite where other brewers have failed. It's smooth, dark, malty and a bit sweet, and oh, so drinkable. A bold American Pale Ale brewed with British Pale and Crystal malts and hopped with Centennial and Cascade hops from the Pacific Northwest. Copper in color, medium-bodied and spicy. Gold Medal, GABF 2000; Bronze Medal, GABF 2003. A Northern German style Pilsner brewed with imported German Pils malt and hopped with German and Czech hops. Light in body, light straw in color and dry. This classic pilsner is smoothly drinkable, but packs a solid hop character that's buzzing with freshness. Good with a variety of sausages (better with fresh than smoked), roast pork, and chicken. The hoppy edge can handle oily fish: salmon, tuna, even bluefish. |

A Bavarian style Wheat Beer brewed with German Pils and Wheat malts and hopped with German Northern Brewer hops. This beer is served unfiltered in a traditional wheat beer glass. Medium bodied, tan in color, fruity. This German-type hefeweizen sports spicy aromas -- clove, citrus -- along with some banana: all of it comes from the yeast. Pair it up with fresh fruit - think pears and apples and grapes - and creamy cheeses. Kegs available year round. Cans in Spring and Summer. |

Throw it up against hot and spicy fare; it will clean a pepper-packed palate and leave it fresh and tingling for more. |

This malty, full-bodied red ale is a seasonal beer brewed with traditional mulling spices and released annually on November 1. It is spiced with ginger, clove, all spice, cinnamon & nutmeg during filtration and because the spices vary in intensity from growth to growth, each vintage is slightly different from the last, with its own distinctive charm. Christmas Ale is one of the brewery's most popular packaged products because it is a delightful pour for holiday gatherings and embodies the good cheer and spirit of the season. The spicing changes every year so that each vintage is distinctive to itself. This beer is fine for holiday drinking now and strong enough to be cellared. |
