Arcadia Brewing Co.
Arcadia Brewing Company was established in 1996 as a microbrewery specializing in handcrafted British-style ales. All of Arcadia’s beers are produced in small batches. Their 25 Barrel Peter Austin Brewery and brewing methods both originated in England, which allows this style of beer to reflect over 250 years of world class brewing heritage.
In addition to brewing with authentic British equipment, Arcadia uses only the finest malted barley from England. When combined with the freshest hops from the Pacific Northwest and Arcadia’s legendary Ringwood yeast, the results are some of the best and freshest handcrafted ales available on any continent.

A robust London-style porter with a deep chocolate/ruby color and the subtle accent of hardwood smoked malt. This distinctive beer is brewed using no less than seven different varieties of premium European malted barley, resulting in a complex and full bodied beer characterized by hints of chocolate, coffee, caramel and beechwood smoke. The big, malty finish to this beer is balanced by a solid hop bitterness and the refined English aroma and flavor of premium Goldings finishing hops. |

A modern interpretation of a mid-19th century English spring and summer festival ale. It has a translucent orange color capped with a rich, creamy head and is full-bodied with a lightly toasted caramel flavor. The addition of Michigan honey contributes a uniquely smooth drinkability to this unfiltered wheat ale. |

This pumpkin ale balances Arcadia’s finest malted barley with a bit-o-wheat and is complimented with a citrus hop kick and just the right amount of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice for a nice marriage of pumpkin pie and beer. Available in the fall. |
Arcadia Hop Rocket Imperial IPAABV: 9% |

After 11 years of brewing beer with balance, the Arcadia Brew Crew took a left turn with Hop Rocket Imperial IPA, a massive Imperial that focuses on the hops! At 111 IBUs, this huge ale Rockets off the charts with a massive nose of sticky, resinous hops and flavors of grapefruit, lemon peel, spruce, earthy mushrooms and dew-covered grass. While the focus truly is on the hops, a pleasant, sweet malt base backs the beer and balances it to a delicious level of drinkability with notes of toffee and freshly baked biscuits. This extraordinary Imperial IPA will age gracefully. Bitterness will become subdued and flavors will round out with age. A delicious brew for sipping, Hop Rocket will also pair nicely with many foods including: India or Thai Cuisine, Chicken Marsala with Rosemary, Habanero Salsa, Gumbo, Carrot Cake, Pepper Jack Cheese. |
